NEXPRO was founded in 2018 by a group of partners who have been working in the semiconductor testing field for 30 years. Since the beginning, we have been focusing on Wafer Probing related applications as our main R&D project, and our company name NEXPRO is named after NEX (Next Generation) and PRO (Probing), in anticipation of becoming a leading company in Probing technology.

Our products include 12″ Wafer Prober with ultra-high precision Stage R&D and production capabilities, and we are committed to advanced test engineering research and development and special application project cooperation.

We have the industry’s only fully automated probe production line, which can be applied to third-generation semiconductors, LEDs, VCSELs, etc. We can provide a monthly supply of more than 200,000 of stable quality pins to meet the large demand for Probing tests.
