NEXPRO Inc. passed the capital increase on October 25, 2010, to expand probe production capacity and Prober R&D capabilities. The amount of paid-in capital was expanded from NT$100,000,000 to NT$140,000,000.

 

NEXPRO Inc. obtained the review of high-tech new venture companies under the Industry and Innovation Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs

The 12″ Wafer Prober invested by NEXPRO Inc. complies with the certification of the Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and passed the review.

The term “high-tech new enterprise company” as mentioned in these Measures refers to a joint-stock company that has been less than five years from the date of establishment and registration and has been approved by the central industry competent authority to meet the following conditions:

1. Its technology, creativity or business model is innovative and developmental.

2. Can provide target market solutions or create demand.

3. The products, services or services developed have market potential.
